Most people experience back pain at least once in their lives. The main reasons for this are as follows:

Main causes of back pain
Muscle strain or injury:
This is the most common cause of back pain. Lifting heavy weights, sudden movements, or overexerting the muscles can cause back pain.

Lifestyle and sitting:
Continuous sitting in a chair (especially in the wrong way), using chairs without back support, and bending over to work can cause back pain.

Slipped Disc:
When the discs between the vertebrae in the spine become displaced or damaged, pressure is placed on the nerves and severe pain spreads to the legs (sciatica).

Spondylosis:
As we age, the wear and tear on the vertebrae in the spine can cause back pain.

Overweight:
When the body weight increases, the spine has to bear all the weight, which causes back pain.

Internal diseases:
Sometimes, back pain can also be caused by kidney stones, urinary tract infection (UTI), or gynecological problems in women.
