Mosquito, fly, and flea bites can cause itching and a small bump in the area.
Internal Diseases:
Sometimes, even if there are no skin problems, diseases inside the body can cause itching. For example: liver diseases, kidney diseases, thyroid problems, anemia.
Medications:
Some medications can cause itching as a side effect.
