1. Blockage in the blood vessels of the heart (Coronary Artery Disease)
Chest pain (Angina) or heart attack occurs when there is a blockage in the arteries that supply blood to the heart muscle.
Main symptom: Pain as if a heavy weight is being placed on the center of the chest during hard work, this pain may spread to the left arm or jaw, and excessive sweating.
Reason: Excessive mental stress (Stress), smoking, and accumulation of bad cholesterol quickly affect the blood vessels of the heart.
2. Cerebrovascular Disease / Stroke
Plaque can build up in the main arteries that supply blood to the brain (Carotid Arteries), blocking blood flow, or a blood clot from the heart can travel to the small arteries in the brain and get stuck. This causes a stroke called ischemic stroke.
Main symptom: Sudden weakness or numbness on one side of the face or arm, difficulty speaking, and blurred vision.

3. Peripheral Artery Disease (PAD)
This is a condition in which the arteries that supply fresh blood to the legs become blocked. This reduces the supply of oxygen to the legs.
Main symptom: Severe pain and tightness in the muscles below the knee when walking a short distance, which goes away when you rest (Claudication). Hair on the legs falls out, and wounds on the legs take a long time to heal.
Cause: In smokers and those with uncontrolled diabetes, the blood vessels in the legs quickly thicken and become blocked.

Avoid trans fats completely: Avoid store-bought bakery products, fried foods, and foods made with repeatedly heated oil as they quickly form plaque in the blood vessels.
Simple walking: Walking for 45 minutes every day will help in the formation of new small blood vessels in the body (collateral circulation). This will improve blood flow even in people with blockages.
Lose weight: Fat accumulation around the abdomen will increase inflammation in the blood vessels. So reduce the amount of rice and increase the amount of vegetables.
