Reasons for gas problems

Eating habits:

Eating quickly: Eating quickly causes a lot of air to be swallowed along with the food.

Eating while talking: Talking while eating causes more air to enter the stomach.

Foods that are excessively gassy: Broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, legumes, and beans take time to digest and produce gas.

Digestive disorders:

Not chewing food properly makes digestion difficult and increases gas.

Lack of enzymes to digest food.

Food allergies: Gas problems are more common in people with milk allergies (Lactose intolerance) and wheat allergies.

Carbonated drinks: The gas contained in drinks such as soda and cola causes stomach discomfort.

Constipation: Inadequate elimination of stools causes stomach discomfort and gas buildup.

Stress: Anxiety and tension can directly affect the digestive process and cause gas.

Lifestyle: Lack of exercise and prolonged sitting slow down digestion.
