Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) infection: One of the main causes of stomach cancer is a bacterial infection called H. pylori that occurs in the stomach. It causes inflammation (gastritis) in the inner wall of the stomach and leads to cancer over time.
Dietary habits:

Genetics: If your parents or siblings have had stomach cancer in your family, you may also be at higher risk due to genetic factors.
