Fever, vomiting and stomach pain at the same time are a clear sign that something is wrong with the body. The main reasons leading to this are:
Food Poisoning: When bacteria or viruses enter the body through stale or unclean food, severe stomach pain and vomiting are experienced. Along with this, fever may also occur as a natural defense mechanism of the body.
Stomach Flu/Gastroenteritis: This is a condition in which the stomach and intestines are inflamed due to a norovirus or rotavirus infection. It causes watery diarrhea, stomach pain, vomiting and fever.
Appendicitis: If you experience severe pain in the lower right side of the abdomen along with fever and vomiting, it may be due to inflammation of the appendix. This can be dangerous if not treated on time.
Urinary tract infection (UTI): Urinary tract infections can sometimes affect the kidneys. In such cases, severe abdominal pain may be accompanied by chills, fever, and nausea.
Gallstones: Gallstones can cause pain in the upper abdomen. When this becomes an infection (cholecystitis), symptoms include fever and vomiting.
