Instead of going to parlors and getting expensive treatments, you can easily solve this problem using the ingredients in your kitchen:
1. Steaming
Steaming is the best way to open clogged pores on your face. Steam your face twice a week in lukewarm water. Doing this will soften the blackheads and make them easier to remove.
2. Sugar & Honey Scrub
This is a great scrub to remove dead skin cells. Mix a teaspoon of sugar with a little honey and gently scrub your nose and chin. After five minutes, rinse with cold water.
3. Egg White Peel-off Mask
Apply egg white on your face and place a tissue paper on top of it. Apply a little egg white on top of that. It can be gently sucked off after it dries completely. This method is very effective in removing blackheads and whiteheads.
4. Oats & Yogurt
Mix oatmeal powder and yogurt to form a paste and apply it on your face. After 15 minutes, massage it gently and wash it off. This absorbs excess oil from the skin and cleans the pores.
5. Tomato Juice
The anti-bacterial properties of tomatoes help in shrinking and cleaning the pores of the skin. Applying tomato juice on your face before going to bed at night and washing it off in the morning is great for preventing blackheads.
Special note:
Do not squeeze blackheads and whiteheads with your nails. This can cause blemishes and infections on the face.
Make sure to wash your face at least twice a day with a mild face wash.
Make sure to remove your makeup completely before going to bed at night.
