No need for chemicals to darken gray hair; here’s a natural hair dye!

Try this two-step method to maintain your hair’s natural black color and change gray hair.

Ingredients needed:
Henna (henna powder): Gives strength and a base color to the hair.

Indigo powder (indigo powder): Changes the red color given by henna to a dark black.

Tea infusion: Helps give hair a good shine.

Lemon juice or yogurt: Helps the color in henna come out faster.

Preparation method:
Step 1: Henna application
Take henna powder in an iron pan and pour dark tea infusion into it and mix.

Add a little lemon juice to it and leave it overnight (8-10 hours). Using an iron pan will help to give the henna a dark color.

The next day, apply it to your hair and wash it off with plain water after 2 hours. Now your hair will have a copper color.

Step 2: Indigo Application
After washing your hair with henna and drying it, mix the indigo powder with lukewarm water. (The indigo should be mixed and used immediately).

Apply this on your hair and leave it for 1 to 2 hours.

Then rinse it off with lukewarm water. The indigo will react with the henna and give your hair a natural black color.

Important Note:
Do not use shampoo: Do not use shampoo immediately after dyeing. Use shampoo only after two days, this will help the color last longer.

Do not apply oil: Do not apply oil to your hair before dyeing.

Once a week: You can try this once a week initially for best results
