There is not one specific reason for this, but many factors come together to cause hemorrhoids:

Main causes of hemorrhoids
Chronic constipation: Due to the hard stool, excessive pressure is exerted on the anus. This is the most important cause of hemorrhoids.

Sitting for a long time to defecate: Sitting on the toilet for a long time causes blood to pool in the veins of the anus and cause them to swell.

Lack of fiber-rich food: When fruits, vegetables, and grains are reduced in the diet, the risk of constipation increases.

Pregnancy: As the uterus grows, pressure increases on the veins in the anus. Therefore, hemorrhoids are very common in pregnant women.

Obesity: Obesity increases pressure on the abdominal and anal area.

Heredity: If parents have this problem in the family, the risk of developing it is higher.

Lifestyle: Lack of exercise and working in a sitting position for long periods of time can also be causes.
