Fatty Liver is a condition in which excess fat accumulates in the liver cells. It can be caused by alcohol consumption or other lifestyle factors. The main reasons for this are as follows:

Main causes of fatty liver
Overweight and obesity: Excess fat in the body affects the functioning of the liver and causes fat to accumulate there. Visceral fat in particular plays a major role in this.

Diabetes (Type 2 Diabetes): Irregular blood sugar levels affect the liver’s ability to absorb fat.

High cholesterol: Increased triglyceride levels in the blood are the main cause of fatty liver.

Unhealthy diet: Continuous consumption of sugary drinks, flour, fried and fried foods in oil, and processed foods.

Lack of exercise: A lifestyle with little physical activity does not help burn calories and it accumulates in the liver as fat.

Other metabolic diseases: People with hormone-related conditions such as hypothyroidism and polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) are also more likely to develop fatty liver.

Alcohol: Excessive alcohol consumption damages liver cells and causes fat to accumulate.

Things to do to reduce fatty liver:
Change your diet: Include plenty of vegetables, fruits, and whole grains. Reduce sweets and oils as much as possible.

Exercise: Get at least 30-40 minutes of brisk walking or exercise every day.

Weight management: Losing weight gradually can help improve liver health.

Avoid alcohol: Quit drinking alcohol completely.
